Open registration is open March 1st. Payment plans available if you register before June 1st. Football registration is $275 and $300 for Cheer. The season runs from August- November

Registration Information for 2024 Football and Cheer  

*Incomplete registration will NOT be accepted*

• Original Birth Certificate & Clear copy of Birth Certificate (If new to TSJS)

• TSJS Player/Parent Contract

• Pop Warner Participant Contract & Parental Consent form (must be signed by parent listed on birth certificate or legal guardian)

• Pop Warner Youth Participant Medical History Form

• End of 2024 Full Report Card (all 4 marking periods must be shown)

* Early registration fees must be PAID IN FULL by 5/31/24. As of 6/1/24 all registration is to be paid in full at time of registration.  All fees are paid prior to your team’s assigned fitting day to ensure your child receives their package by the Kick Off Classic/ Jamboree. 

 

Pre-Season/Regular Season Practice Schedule: 

• Optional conditioning May-June Tues/Thursday at Dorsett Park 6:00pm-7:00pm

• July 8th-July 12th Conditioning Camp (Riverside Field,Tarpon Springs)

• August 1st- 1st day of Practice (Tarpon Sports Complex)

• Summer Practices will be on Monday- Thursday up until Labor Day

• Fall Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:15pm-8:15pm

 

Post Season Must Know: Extra expenses may apply;Travel/Lodge

• 6u-14u Participate in Conference Playoffs (Oct./Nov.)

• 8u-14 Participate in Regional Playoffs (If they win conference playoffs/ Nov- Championship game Thanksgiving Weekend)

• 10u-14 Participate in the NationWide Super Bowl (if they win regional/ Dec.)

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Packages and equipment are ordered for players at time of registration and non-refundable from the organization.  Therefore refunds are not given for any reason other than your child not being placed on a tem due to space limitation.

•  

• Refunds are not given due to illness, relocation, injury, if the child decides not to play/ doesn’t like the coach/player, poor school performance or dismissal from our program due to rule violations.  Please make sure they want to participate before you sign them up. 

•  

• There is a $50 concession opt out fee (you will not be required to volunteer for concession duties).

•  

• Each family will need to complete 5 hours/per child or 10/ per family of volunteer time during the season. 

• Fundraising is a must! Each player will be responsible for participating in team/organization fundraisers. 

 

• Medication must be administer by licensed nurse or parent in case of emergency

• Select the division based on age under programs available

• Complete the online information

• Select payment options

• Print, Sign, and return the consent forms to the registrar

• Original Birth Certificate is needed for new participants: a color copy of the birth certificate must be provided with original birth certificate to be certified and then we will return the original

• Recent photo of child 

• Report Card must be provided from 2023-2024 school year showing all 4 marking periods with name of school and year shown
